#GE13 sees a government formed by a party with only minority 47% popular votes while the opposition commands a majority 51%.

Note: Gerrymandering is a practice that attempts to establish a political advantage for a particular party or group by manipulating district boundaries to create partisan advantaged districts. The resulting district is known as a gerrymander.

As a result often times the number of popular votes gained does not reflect the number of seats won.
